Cost: $125 Individual
$450 Foursome
$500 Corporate Hole Sponsor
Includes 1 foursome, hole signage, and a link to your company’s website from the Phoenix Children’s Project website. Please provide an auction item.
$2,500 Title Sponsor
Includes 2 foursomes, hole signage, logo on brochure, time on mic during awards, and a link to your company’s website from the Phoenix Children’s Project website. Please provide auction item.
